The base for hoop is made from chipboard & i decorated using minimum supplies , One can easily make same with scraps or leftovers ;
To make pocket hoop all the required supplies you will need ;
- cardstock
- 6*6″ pattern paper ( wedding bells )
- chipboard
- element sheet ( florals )
- craft glue
- rose gold reactive foil
- tacky tape
