Music Of Life – Mixed Media Journal

A mixed media journal page by Monalisa Dutta

Hello everyone,
Monalisa here and I am sharing another mixed media tutorial. I hope you all are doing great. Before going ahead with the tutorial, do not forget to participate in our monthly challenge. The current month’s theme is ‘Vintage or Shabby Chic’. There are lots of inspiration projects to help you out.

Music Of Life - Mixed Media Journal 1

I created a mixed media journal page on vintage themes. The title of my work is ‘Music of life’ and I used one famous quote of Pablo Picasso “Art washes away from the soul the dust of everyday life.” This is one of my favourite quotes of Picasso and it’s so relevant in today’s scenario. We are going through tough times and any type of art always works as a therapy. It gives us relief, a moment of rejoice and I believe whenever the rhythm of life breaks, art indeed works as an adhesive and helps us to express our feelings in a beautiful way which actually mends our emotions.
