Hello Crafty Folks,
I am Dhruvika aka @the_cardogram and I am so happy because it is that time of the year we all have been waiting for. Christmas is full of love, joy, cheer and definitely a lot of magic. For me it is also the time to look back and see what we earned, learned and lost during the whole year.
Nonetheless, to celebrate this Merry & Bright Christmas , I bring you a series of Merry & Bright Christmas Cards and yes this time it is with a twist. I have used only the liquid watercolors by Craftangles. Do you remember my DT kit that I received recently and it was a charm.

My take on the Monthly Challenge on Merry & Bright Christmas
FIRST CARD
Let us have a look at the first Merry & Bright Christmas Card.
To create this card, I stamped the image from the Craftangles Holly Jolly Christams Stamp on to the Craftangles Watercolor Cold Pressed Paper 300 GSM using the Antique Linen Distress Ink for no line water coloring. And then water colored my image using the following Craftangles liquid watercolors.
- Craftangles liquid watercolors Pretty Peony
- Craftangles liquid watercolors Soulmate
- Craftangles liquid watercolors Lemon Tart
- Craftangles liquid watercolors Cafe Mocha
- Craftangles liquid watercolors Moss Green
- Craftangles liquid watercolors Evergreen
After the image was colored, I finished the look by splattering the white and black acrylic paint. and trimmed this watercolor panel to 4×5 inches. I then added some gold glitter strips on the top and bottom of the panel to give that bling of the Merry & Bright Christmas. And finally adhered this panel on to the Craftangles Kraft Cardstock which measures 4 1/2 x 5 1/4 inches. And finally adhered this panel on to the Craftangles Teal Cardstock (250GSM) measuring 11x 4 1/4 inches, scored in half along the longer side, making the card as 5 1/2 x 4 1/4 inches.
Finally, I heat set the sentiments Merry & Bright Christmas form the Craftangles Festive Lights Stampset and on to the Craftangles Charcoal Black Cardstock and trimmed it into slim sentiment strip, adhered using the 3D foam tape.
