How to make a simple Altered Frame from Chipboard

Hi Guys,

Today I am sharing something different with you all, I am sharing a rust effect altered frame with you all where I created this frame using just chipboard. Its a perfect trash to treasure project where I reused some old chipboard lying around to create this frame.
