How to do Mosaic Decoupage on Tea Holder

Hello Everyone,
Arpita here, back with another home decor project to share with you all today. I have done Mosaic Decoupage on cement tea light holder using the beautiful Decoupage papers from Craftangles are perfect for this technique. I have also shared a video tutorial for same just after the pics.
The technique is fairly simple and does not take a lot of time. I have used Glossy accents to give the mosaic-like effect to the tiles I have created.
