Custom Shiny background – Diwali card

Khyati here and today I wanted to share another Diwali card with you. Today’s card includes another technique where I show you how you can make your own custom Shiny background which is very unique to itself. But before we get into it I wanted to talk about our current challenge which inspired the background for this card.
