too in my own quiet way.. But I am a kind of person who can enjoy
Solitude anywhere and anytime.. So I thought why not start the new year
by sharing a post on something I love.. And immediately I thought why
not a post on crafting.. So today I am going to share some of the mixed
media and punch crafted Altered boxes I made for the kids who live next
door to me for their Crafting Project.. Well I love this project
because they provided me with a biggest challenge a crafter can get
“Keep It Simple” 🙂
Now the second box.. this is more of Mixed Media..
Some more clicks from different angles –
I took the acrylic paint and colored entire box white and let it dry.. Used some the borders cut by MS punches and some lace.. Added them to create a layer.. Then I coated everything with pink acrylic paint and before it dries misted it with water thus giving a distressed and aged look.. For the focal point I have used an angel from Inkadinkado stamps.. The sentiment is Papertry Ink stamp.. I have used some gemstones from my stash..
And this completes my post.. Hope you enjoyed it and do share some feedback and love 🙂
Happy Crafting,
Khyati

Nice work Khyati – what strikes me about your work is the wonderful use of colors and style. Very appealing!
