Quick and easy Ganesha card for any occasions with watercolours –

Lord Ganesha is the Hindu God of beginnings, so let’s start with the card I made with the Ganesha stencil. I have used two colors Mustard and Pink ink pads and done water smooshing with acetate on the watercolor paper. When done with acetate the ink smooshing is controlled. You may check this video to see how I do this technique. Then I tool black ink ( memento ink pad) and stenciled my Ganesha with blending brush. I didnot choose to put a sentiment as I can use it for many occasions and I can write inside when I need to give it. I adhered my panel to the black card base.

Celebrate Love

Taj Mahal is one of the most beautiful monuments and also a symbol of love. Most of the world associates Indians with this wonder of the world. I did some experiment with watercolors for this card. I used Circle masking stencil and used the Mystical waters to color on the water color paper. Then with Tajmahal, from the Monuments of the world stencil, I colored through it with Gold dust watercolor and after it dried stamped Love is all we need from the stamp set – Love you loads.

Goddess Lakshmi’s blessings

The beautiful stamp set of Goddess Lakshmi is perfect for making cards for occasions Indians associate with prosperity and wealth. I made a clean and simple card by coloring with Zig watercolor brush pens, mounted on Natural white paper with foam tape, stamped Shubh Labh with puple ink and adhered the panel on Lilac card base.
