Namaste Friends..
Swapna here with my second post for this month. I love playing with stencils, they really make me feel comfortable creating. Off lately I used them just to add some accent or fill something. So I decided to bring them front. I apologise in advance as this post is photo heavy. After creating cards I realised that steps won’t be clear without pictures so I made small panels again.
- I used square stencil throughout my post.
- I placed the stencil on a white card panel.
- I blended peeled paint distress oxide, going light towards top.
- I cleaned stencil and placed it so that open squares overlap on 2 corners and applied worn lipstick distress oxide.
Card 1
- I used W&W wishes die to cut the panel.
- Glued negative on a red card base and glued tit n bits.
- I die cut word 4 times with red card stack and stacked them.
- Glued the stacked die cut on the card base.
- I applied 3-4 layers of wink-of-stella and 2 coats of glossy accent.
- I heat embossed anniversary (Avery Elle) on strip of red card stack, applied wink-of-stella and glossy accent.
- Scattered few die cut hearts on the card.
Card 2
- This card is very easy to pull together.
- I ran the card front with We R Memory keepers next level embossing folder.
- I glued the diecut on a vellum circle die cut.
- I added a messy silver thread loop on the back and glued it on the card base.
- Heat embossed Birthday (Avery Elle) and glued on the vellum.
- Scattered few die cut hearts.
Background 2
- I placed stencil over a white card panel.
- Applied Wilted Violet distress oxide fading towards top.
- Cleaned stencil and moved halfway right and applied Salty ocean distress oxide ink.
Card 1
- I die cut a heart of the panel.
- Created shaker well and added sequins in it and closed with another blue card stack piece which will make the shaker card easy.
- Glued it on the side folding card base.
- Heat embossed sentiment (SSS) and backed it with white card strip.
- Glued it across heart.
- Added 2 die cut hearts.
Card 2
- I ran the card front through We r memory keepers next level embossing folder.
- Added foam taped behind the die cut heart and arranged Silver thread on it and secured it on the card base.
- Added heat embossed sentiment(MFT) strip across heart.
- Added few die cut hearts.
