Here’s a look at my beautiful ‘Diwali Scene‘ cards:
So today I have two Diwali Scene cards which I am sure you’d love to create along.
I created this Diwali Scene card using the Diwali Greetings stampset by craftangles which I stamped on the textured side of the Dual Textured White Cardstock using a black dye ink. I then colored these images using the alcohol markers.
I then trimmed the charcoal black and dual textured white cardstock to the panels of 4.25x 5.5 inches.
From the black Cardstock I die cut a semicircular window and started to ink blend to create the night sky using distress inks in seedless preserve and faded jeans, I also ink blended with the heavy hand of blue and black in the corners.
Once it was ready, using the starry night stencil by craftangles I added some gold dust texture paste and let it dry.
While it was all ready I pasted the two images and the heat embossed sentiments. And my Diwali Scene Card is ready.
For my next Diwali Scene card, I created this scene of a lovely family.
Let’s have a look at the card first.
To create this Diwali Scene card, I stamped the large image on the white textured side of the dual textured cardstock using a black dye ink and colored using the alcohol markers.
I then started to create the background using distress inks in mustard seed, worn lipstick, wilted violet, black and hickory smoke for the base.
Once I was happy with it, I pasted my images and then using the gold and white paint added some splatters.
And finally finished the look of my second Diwali Scene card by stamping Shubh Deepawali sentiments from the same stamp set.
Hope you enjoyed these Diwali Scene cards.
